Just text it.
Get the paperwork back.
Bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchen splashbacks, floor tiling. Tell Qenn the job on WhatsApp - room size, substrate, tile spec, whether it's a wet room needing tanking. You get a drafted quote back with materials, labour and VAT worked out. Review, approve, send.
You get a WhatsApp Business number of your own. Customers text the business, not your personal phone.
Every bathroom's the same size
until you actually price it.
You measured the wet room Monday, quoted the kitchen splashback Wednesday, and now you're trying to remember which one needed the extra tanking membrane and which customer picked the large-format porcelain that takes twice as long to lay.
The m² sums, the adhesive and grout quantities, the levelling compound for that one bathroom with the dodgy screed - it's all in your head or scrawled on the back of a delivery note, and the quote sits unwritten until you find an evening.
A 2026 survey of 1,000 UK small business owners put it at 11 hours a week lost to admin and finance tasks, six working days a month. If that's you, at £45 an hour it's over £23,000 a year of unbillable time - and most of it is re-remembering jobs you already looked at once.
Built for the way
tilers actually work.
Quote from a voice note
Describe the bathroom or splashback on the way to the next job - room size, substrate, tile spec, tanking needed. Qenn structures it into a drafted quote with materials by m², labour and VAT.
Invoice from a voice note
Grout's in, silicone's run. Voice note from the van covering what you did and what you used. Qenn drafts the PDF invoice before you're back at the merchant's.
Every customer, every tile
“What tile did we use in the Coopers' en-suite?” Qenn knows. Every job, every spec, every price - asked once, never asked again.
Polite payment reminders
Type “chase the Riverside Drive invoice.” Qenn drafts a polite reminder. You review the wording. It goes out. No awkward calls, no Sunday nights doing the sums.
Why we don't oversell
the photo for tiling.
A joiner's photo of a kitchen is a specification. A photo of a bathroom shows you the room, but not the state of the screed underneath, whether the walls need levelling, or whether it needs tanking before a single tile goes up.
So for tiling, Qenn leads on what actually works: describing the job by voice note or text - dimensions, substrate condition, tile spec, wet room or standard - the way you'd talk it through with the customer. A photo helps confirm the room and the finish they want, but you're still the one telling Qenn what's really going on behind the tiles.
Setup: about ten minutes,
most of it on Meta’s screens.
Get your number

Text it naturally
“Quote the kitchen photo I just sent.” “Chase the Henderson invoice.” “When am I free Thursday?” No app to learn. No dashboard. No new login.
Review & send
Qenn drafts. You approve. Nothing goes out to a customer without your explicit OK. Always.
“Used to lose half an evening writing up a quote: measuring, typing, looking up materials. Now I send the photo and Qenn drafts the lot. Got my evenings back.”
