FOR UK LANDSCAPERS

Just text it.
Get the paperwork back.

Patios, decking, turfing, fencing, garden clearances. Tell Qenn the job on WhatsApp - voice note from the van, or a quick text. You get a drafted quote or invoice back with day rate, materials and VAT worked out. Review, approve, send.

You get a WhatsApp Business number of your own. Customers text the business, not your personal phone.

The quote you owe
three gardens ago.

You walked the garden Monday, priced the patio in your head on the drive home, and meant to write it up that night. Tuesday and Wednesday were two more site visits. By Thursday you can't remember if it was 20 or 24 square metres of Indian sandstone, or whether the customer wanted the old shed base broken out too.

The quote finally goes out Friday evening, a week after they asked. By then they've had someone else round with a tape measure and a faster reply.

A 2026 survey of 1,000 UK small business owners put it at 11 hours a week lost to admin and finance tasks, six working days a month. If that's you, on a £220 day rate it's about £14,000 a year of unbillable time - most of it spent trying to remember a garden you stood in a week ago.

Built for the way
landscapers actually work.

01 / QUOTE

Quote from a voice note

Describe the patio, the decking or the clearance in a voice note on the drive home: size, materials, access, what needs taking away. Qenn structures it into a drafted quote with day rate, materials and VAT. A photo of the garden helps too - but it won't show levels, drainage or how the spoil gets out, so the voice note carries the job.

02 / INVOICE

Invoice from a voice note

Job's turfed, patio's pointed, fence is up. Voice note from the van covering what you did and what materials went in. Qenn drafts the PDF invoice before you're back at the yard.

03 / MEMORY

Every customer, every garden

“What did we charge for the Elm Grove decking?” Qenn knows. Every garden, every quote, every price - asked once, never asked again, even for the job from three seasons back.

04 / CHASE

Polite payment reminders

Type “chase the Thornbury Road job.” Qenn drafts a polite reminder. You review the wording. It goes out. No awkward calls, no Sunday nights doing the sums on who still owes you.

Why we don't oversell
the photo for landscaping.

A photo of a garden shows you the lawn, the fence line, the tired patio - but it doesn't show you the fall of the land, where the water needs to go, what's underneath the turf, or how a digger and a skip are getting round the side return. It's a nice-to-have, not the quote.

So for landscaping, Qenn leads on what actually works: describing the job by voice note or text, the way you'd talk a customer through it standing in their garden. A photo is useful supporting evidence for materials and scale, but you're still the one telling Qenn what the job is and how it's getting done.

Setup: about ten minutes,
most of it on Meta’s screens.

STEP 1

Get your number

One Facebook sign-in creates your WhatsApp Business account, and you get a number of your own. Save it to your phone like any other contact.

STEP 2

Text it naturally

“Quote the kitchen photo I just sent.” “Chase the Henderson invoice.” “When am I free Thursday?” No app to learn. No dashboard. No new login.

STEP 3

Review & send

Qenn drafts. You approve. Nothing goes out to a customer without your explicit OK. Always.

“Used to lose half an evening writing up a quote: measuring, typing, looking up materials. Now I send the photo and Qenn drafts the lot. Got my evenings back.”
