The whole point of the trade is variety - five unrelated jobs in a day, not one big spec you can photograph and quote from. A photo of a wonky shelf doesn't tell you what's happening with the fence panel three doors down, or the tap that needs a new washer after lunch.
So Qenn leads on the job as you'd say it out loud: what it is, roughly how long, what it needs. A photo helps confirm the fiddly one, but it's the voice note that turns a scattered day into paperwork that actually gets sent.
