FOR UK CLEANERS

Just text it.
Get the paperwork back.

Regular domestic cleans, end-of-tenancy turnarounds, commercial contracts, one-off deep cleans. Tell Qenn the job on WhatsApp - voice note or text: rooms, frequency, what kind of clean. You get a drafted quote back with time and rate worked out. Review, approve, send.

You get a WhatsApp Business number of your own. Customers text the business, not your personal phone.

The recurring invoice
nobody remembers to chase.

A regular client's easy to quote once and then forget to invoice properly every fortnight. An end-of-tenancy job needs pricing fast, before the landlord books someone else. A one-off deep clean needs a proper scope - how many rooms, ovens in or out, carpets or not - or you turn up under-quoted and over-run.

Multiply that across ten regular clients, a few one-offs and the odd commercial contract, and the admin isn't one job's paperwork - it's a rolling list of who's paid, who hasn't, and who was due last Tuesday.

A 2026 survey of 1,000 UK small business owners put it at 11 hours a week lost to admin and finance tasks, six working days a month. If that's you, at £20 an hour it's over £10,000 a year of unbillable time - most of it spent chasing payments for work that was finished weeks ago.

Built for the way
cleaning businesses actually work.

01 / QUOTE

Quote from a voice note

Describe the job - number of rooms, one-off or recurring, end-of-tenancy or regular, ovens and carpets in or out. Qenn drafts a quote with time and rate worked out. A photo of a room barely helps here - it's the scope and frequency that set the price, so the voice note does the work.

02 / INVOICE

Invoicing that keeps up with the diary

One-offs and end-of-tenancy jobs get invoiced the same day, straight after the voice note confirming it's done. For regular clients, say “remind me to invoice the Hendersons every fortnight” and Qenn nudges you on the day - the invoice is then one voice note away.

03 / MEMORY

Every client, every schedule

“What are we charging the Hendersons for the fortnightly clean?” Qenn knows. Every client, every rate, every frequency - asked once, never asked again, even across a client list that's grown past what you can hold in your head.

04 / CHASE

Polite payment reminders

Recurring clients are the easiest ones to let slide on payment, because you see them every week regardless. Type “chase the Henderson invoice.” Qenn drafts a polite reminder. You review it, it goes out.

Why we don't oversell
the photo for cleaning.

A photo of a room tells you almost nothing useful for pricing a clean. What matters is scope - how many rooms, how often, whether it's a lived-in regular clean, a full end-of-tenancy strip-back, or a one-off deep clean with ovens and carpets included. None of that is visible in a snapshot.

So for cleaning, Qenn leads entirely on describing the job by voice note or text - rooms, frequency, type of clean - the way you'd talk a client through the price over the phone. It's the scope that drives the quote, and the same-day invoicing and payment chasing that save you the real time.

Setup: about ten minutes,
most of it on Meta’s screens.

STEP 1

Get your number

One Facebook sign-in creates your WhatsApp Business account, and you get a number of your own. Save it to your phone like any other contact.

STEP 2

Text it naturally

“Quote the kitchen photo I just sent.” “Chase the Henderson invoice.” “When am I free Thursday?” No app to learn. No dashboard. No new login.

STEP 3

Review & send

Qenn drafts. You approve. Nothing goes out to a customer without your explicit OK. Always.

“Used to lose half an evening writing up a quote: measuring, typing, looking up materials. Now I send the photo and Qenn drafts the lot. Got my evenings back.”
