The obvious questions.
Can Qenn quote an extension from site photos?
It drafts a starting point. Send photos of the site with a line or two of scope, and Qenn drafts an estimate broken into stages at your rates, for you to edit and approve. A photo can’t show what’s under the ground, so groundworks and contingency stay your judgement.
Does Qenn answer customers while I’m on site?
Yes. When a customer messages your Qenn number, Qenn replies, tells them it’s an AI assistant for your business, and takes the details: what they want doing, the address, photos if they have them, and when suits them. Calls to the number are answered too, with a summary sent to you. Prices only go out as a quote you’ve approved.
Can Qenn book site visits?
Yes, with your say-so. When a customer asks for a visit, Qenn checks your calendar and suggests a time, and the visit goes in the diary when you say yes. You can also text it “book the Hendersons in for Thursday at 2” and it does.
Will Qenn work for a small building firm?
Yes. Professional puts up to 3 people on one Qenn number and Business up to 5. Qenn knows who’s texting, who’s on which job and who’s free.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Customers message your business number on WhatsApp. There’s nothing for them to download and nothing for you to log in to.
What does Qenn cost for a builder?
